How do I join?
Complete the online registration, pay the $175 join fee, review brokerage policies, and sign the brokerage agreement electronically. Your portal access is generated immediately and credentials are emailed to you.
What does "100% commission on self-generated business" mean?
Any client you bring in yourself — from your own network, marketing, or referrals — earns you the full commission. The brokerage does not take a cut. You only pay the per-transaction CDA fee.
What is a CDA fee?
A CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization) is the document that authorizes the title company to pay your commission. We charge $83 for lease CDAs and $183 for purchase/sale CDAs — paid at closing.
How do brokerage leads work?
When 50/50 Realty generates a lead and assigns it to you, the resulting commission is split 50/50 between you and the brokerage. You still keep 100% of anything you generate yourself.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Your membership renews annually for $150. There is no long-term commitment beyond the annual renewal cycle.
