1. Continuous Tax Protesting and Monitoring Service

We review your current assessment for errors and available exemptions, prepare and submit documentation supporting a reduction, represent you at hearings when required, and continue monitoring your assessment annually — preparing a new appeal each year unless you terminate.

Fee: 20% of the tax savings realized. Contingent on a successful reduction — no savings, no fee.

2. Continuous Tax Exemption Monitoring Service

We evaluate your property for applicable tax exemptions, gather the necessary information from you, and prepare the documentation to file for any exemption found. Continues annually unless terminated.
